Administrators can now report defects, request features, attach screenshots, receive responses, and follow the complete conversation from within Middletwin.
The ticket system of car club management software also lets customers see previously reported requests. Additionally, it does so without exposing the identity, club, comments, or screenshots of another customer.
A better email experience
The updated car club management software tools include a visual template builder with inline editing and drag-and-drop content blocks.
They offer formatting controls, image uploads, and personalized fields, along with test emails and sender validation.
A safety feature protects against leaving the page with unsaved changes.
