*fees are associated with all credit card transactions that are processed on your behalf. Examples of credit card transactions include online member sign up (joining), online and offline member renewal, group store purchases, event registrations, event ticket sales, etc… We use Stripe for all credit card processing and they charge a 2.9% fee on all transactions, you are responsible for all Stripe fees. We add an additional fee that varies based on subscription choice. Fees are subject to change from time to time and any changes in fees either from Stripe or Middletwin will be communicated to group admins.
A phone number can be added to the account for an additional monthly fee
All plans require that a credit card be provided when setting up the account. This credit card must be kept active in order for the account to be kept in good standing. Accounts that are not in good standing are subject to disablement and or removal.
Off hours support can be provided on an as needed basis for no additional cost for groups that are hosting events during non-support hours.
